It helps to have read enough of them to get a feel for what's a normal number of things to have there, and what's unusual.
Personally, I wouldn't buy an A4 of that age for anything like that much money. It's not a great car, nor is it particularly economical to run, and you're paying a hefty premium for the badge. Apart from all that, the one you linked appears to be at least £1k overpriced.
